Camp Grandparents

Camp Grandparents share their time, energy, talents and passion with the youngest campers (1st-3rd graders) at LOMC each year! They are able to connect with campers when sometimes all that is needed is a “listening ear and a caring heart” to help them adjust to new surroundings. Grandparents are nurturing, observant, creative, flexible, and forgiving. They have a sense of humor and are able to “go with the flow” when daily plans change.

Come join us this year as a camp grandparent!

Select a week that fits your schedule and come enjoy this truly rewarding experience. During the day, Grandparents read to campers for an hour. Hiking, swimming, crafting, and playing games with the campers is optional. You can enjoy the 640 acres of LOMC; fish in Paul’s Pond, hike the trails, and enjoy the air-conditioned lodging at Freedom Tree Village.
