Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Center (LOMC) is seeking a full-time Executive Director with a personal commitment to faith development who will faithfully lead and direct a busy year-round retreat and outdoor ministry program. The Executive Director will have experience in budget development, financial management, fundraising, marketing, and personnel management. The Executive Director will oversee and be accountable for the normal operations of the camp and manage the development, execution, and evaluation of year-round programming consistent with the mission of LOMC, connecting the word of God with the world of God.
