Our LOMC Staff

When you visit you’ll meet our year-round staff, summer staff, food service staff or other seasonal staff. Our goal is to work together to help you have the best experience possible at LOMC. We look forward to getting to know you as we partner together for your next adventure.

Rob Gieraltowski
Executive Director

Rob has been a camper, LOMC Board member, volunteer and more in his long-lasting relationship with LOMC and is the newest member of staff! He looks forward to helping the organization to strive towards its mission and core values helping everyone to experience God in the outdoor setting. Rob enjoys running, movies and roaming the vast acres of LOMC taking a photo or more along the way.

Audrey Adams
Retreat Business Manager

Audrey will go out of her way to make sure you get the reservation and program you need. Her goal is to make your retreat an outstanding experience from start to end. She is the go-to person when you call into our LOMC office the majority of the time. Besides managing our registrations, Audrey is our office guru and bookkeeper. She is married to David and they have two LOMC camper alumni: Courtney and Jay.

Michelle Heinrich
Program Director

Michelle is a graduate of Carthage College with a degree in Business Administration. She is also certified as a Youth and Family Director through the Center for Youth Ministries of Wartburg Theological Seminary. Michelle previously served as the Youth and Family Coordinator at Faith Lutheran Church in Rochelle for 10 years. Residing in Rochelle, she is the mother of three teenage children.

Ken Dilbeck
Property Manager

Ken has faithfully served 20+ years at LOMC! He lends his many talents to the upkeep and repair of LOMC’s vast 640-acre camp. Ken and his wife Melissa together have seven kids. Ken keeps the water running, the buildings warm, the vehicles safe, the Ts crossed, the widgets fixed, and the landscape welcoming for all.

Adriana Plocinski
Development Director

As a “Facilitator of Generosity,” Adriana manages any operation, communication, or special event that involves fundraising for the restoration and administration of the camp. Whether its raising funds for camp scholarships or the repair and construction of facilities, Adriana aims to serve God in supporting this ministry to share the Gospel with anyone who comes out to camp. She loves to nurture the loyal relationships from alumni, allowing these friends an opportunity to continue to bless LOMC with their gifts. She and her husband Mike are the proud parents of 3 boys.

Chris Senti
Maintenance

Chris has been a familiar face around camp having worked in the kitchen and the office over the years. Chris does an amazing job as Maintenance Assistant and office support – and loves it. Chris also enjoys playing the drums and being an uncle.

Nyssa Serrano
Food Service Manager

Nyssa knows everything there is about food. Call her to plan the perfect menu for your camper or entire group and specializes in creating meals for special diets. Nyssa’s LOMC camper is Clover, her precious dog.
