We employ staff who are excellent role models, have a strong faith life and are enthusiastic about our ministry. All of our program staff are trained in First Aid and CPR. Many are also certified in Lifeguarding.

Audrey Adams  Retreat Business Manager
Audrey will go out of her way to make sure you get the reservation and program you need to make your retreat an outstanding experience. Audrey is married to David and they have two LOMC campers Courtney and Jay.

Ken Dilbeck  Property Manager
Ken has faithfully served many years at LOMC. He lends his many talents to the upkeep and repair of your vast 640-acre camp. Ken lives with his wife Melissa; together they have seven kids. Ken keeps the water running, the buildings warm, the vehicles safe, the Ts crossed, the widgets fixed, and the landscape welcoming for all.

Kelley Huston  Program Director
Kelley has been around camp since the 1980s. She recently returned and has many exciting plans for new Outdoor Education programs. New classes are being developed to make the experience students have at LOMC an exciting one. She and her husband, Patrick, have been married for over 20 years and are the parents of three LOMC campers: Lexie, Brittany and Grant.

Grant Huston Program Assistant

Grant was born and raised in Oregon Illinois. Even though he has never attended camp as a camper, he has been around camp his whole life. About ten years ago, he started coming around LOMC as a guest, exploring and hiking the vast wilderness that LOMC has to offer. Becoming more and more intrigued, he then chose to be a camp counselor for two summers and now, in late November, he has become the Program Assistant. In the office you can find him writing new Outdoor Education programs or writing schedules. If he isn’t in the office you can bet that he’s out on a trail somewhere enjoying God’s creation.

Courtney Loomis Administrative Assistant
Courtney is usually the first voice you hear when you call! She has been coming to LOMC for about 10 years now. Summer of 2014, she was a summer counselor and starting in July of 2015, she became the Administrative Assistant! She LOVES working out here in this faith-nurturing and Christ-filled atmosphere!

Adriana Plocinski Development Director
As a “Facilitator of Generosity,” Adriana manages any operation, communication, or special event that involves fundraising for the restoration and administration of the camp. Whether its raising funds for camp scholarships or the repair and construction of facilities, Adriana aims to serve God in supporting this ministry to share the Gospel with anyone who comes out to camp. She loves to nurture the loyal relationships from alumni, allowing these friends an opportunity to continue to bless LOMC with their gifts. She and her husband Mike are the proud parents of 3 young boys.

Chris Senti Maintenance / Zip Line Guy
Chris is a familiar face around camp, having worked in the kitchen and the office. Now Chris is the Maintenance Assistant and Zip Line guy, and loves it. Chris also enjoys playing the drums and being an uncle.

Russ Senti  Executive Director
Russ arrived from Texas in 2005 to lead LOMC in ministry with his business experience and love of getting kids closer to God. He and his wife Susan have three grown children and have also been blessed with two grandchildren.

Nyssa Serrano  Food Service Manager
Nyssa knows everything there is about food. Call her to plan the perfect menu for your camper or entire group. Nyssa specializes in creating meals for special diets. Nyssas LOMC camper is Clover, her precious dog.
