Dates: Tent & Trailer Campground facilities are available on weekdays and weekends, late spring to the end of October.

Facilities: Campsite areas have fire rings and picnic tables (please DO NOT move fire rings). The TNT pavilion has bathrooms and showers. The bathhouse at the pool is also available (depending on the season).

Activities Available: Fishing, Swimming, Sunday worship, Pond* or River Canoeing*

Electric Hookups: You must provide your own extension cord for electricity (30 amp & 20 amp limited)

Natural setting: Gale Creek borders the campground and feeds into Paul’s Pond. LOMC has over 600 acres with forests, hills, meadows, ravines, native prairie, and miles of hiking trails!

Local Services: Shopping areas, churches, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations are available in the town of Oregon, 1 mile north of LOMC.

The use of drugs, tobacco, alcohol, weapons and abusive language is prohibited.

Use of the Pond: If you would like to fish in our pond, you must have a valid license; Illinois fishing laws apply. Please bring your own equipment.

One bass per day, 14” or longer, may be kept. All other bass must be returned to the pond. Six bluegill are allowed per day. Bluegill and Red Ear not kept must be released back into the pond. Boats (other than authorized and supervised LOMC canoes) are not permitted on the pond.

LOMC is not responsible for lost items or damage of personal property.

NOTICE TO GUEST: LOMC Ministries reserves the right to refuse any individual or group access to our grounds without explanation. We are not responsible for accidents, damage or injury to our guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

In the event of bad weather, the picnic pavilion in the tent & trailer area is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations have first priority.
