Indoor and Outdoor Space

LOMC has different options to house your indoor events as well as pavilions for outdoor group picnics and gatherings.

We have three buildings perfect for different types of meetings and two outdoor pavilions for group use.

Fees

All indoors spaces are available for either half or full days. Any use over 4 hours is charged for a full day.
Outdoor spaces are rented by the day.

Indoor spaces have tables and chairs that we can set to your needs.

Your meeting or event has the advantage of being in a beautiful location and your participants and guests have access to our pond, trails, prayer labyrinth, geocache course and much more.

Building Rentals

Moline Dining Hall

Our largest building at LOMC features seating for around 100 at tables. The facility features a fireplace, large deck off of the entrance, lots of windows and two large restrooms.

$300 for full day use.
$200 for partial use (4 hrs. or less)

$75 Non-refundable Deposit Required
$2 per person (additional) beverage service fee.

Hawkins Hospitality Center

A great modern space for around 30 at tables. The Hospitality Center features a comfortable entryway with seating, large restrooms, comfortable meeting area and a large outdoor deck with tables off of the back. The main room has plenty of windows to take in the forest around the building.

$150.00 for full day use.
$100 for partial day (4 hrs. or less).

Additional $2 per person convenience fee.

*Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, french vanilla coffee, cappuccino and water – drink service included.

A small kitchen is available for convenience use of sink, microwave, etc. (does not include use of plates, napkins, utensils, cooking, etc.).

Small (non-commercial) kitchen for cooking is available for $250 per day (includes main room fee).

Nelson Program Center

The Nelson Program Center is a multi-purpose space featuring LOMC’s nature center. The walls are decorated with informative posters and unique pieces from the natural world. The room features seating for groups of around 20 people at long-tables. Restrooms are immediately off of the meeting space and includes great views in three directions of LOMC grounds. The Program Center can accommodate basic needs of a group for a meeting or activity.

$50.00 for full day use.

Outdoor Shelter/Pavilions

LOMC features two locations for your outdoor picnic, worship or gathering.

Pole Barn
Located near our main area, the Pole Barn has seating at picnic tables for around 100 people. A water pump and a sand volleyball court are next to the Pole Barn. Restrooms are available in the Dining Hall or Program Center depending on availability.

Tent and Trailer Pavilion
Nestled in the center of our campground, the pavilion has connected bathrooms and seating at picnic tables for around 60 people. A water pump and open field are located next to the pavilion.

Outdoor shelter/pavilions are only rented by the day.
